Blake was nice, efficient, and professional. I needed help with a lockout and he was here within 20 minutes of my call, and got me back into my apartment within 5 minutes!!! I hope I never need a locksmith again, but if I do, I’ll call them.

I had the pleasure of being serviced by Alex on two occasions. He was the most kind hearted locksmith I had ever had. My mother has dementia and I had to get a twist lock installed the first time and he corrected a batch job on a storm dorm. I called last week to schedule all house doors to be rekeyed. I spoke with Rick and he was very professional and accommodating with my schedule. Alex came out to do the job and he even asked if we wanted the man door on the garage. I hadn't even thought about that door.Alex got the job done quickly. Isaac is awesome. I had locked my key inside my car. I was in a large parking lot (Lowes) standing by my car. Isaac happened to park nearby. As he was walking by me, he asked if everything was ok. When I told him that I had locked my keys inside my car, he immediately offered to help --- NO CHARGE. He had my car open within in a few minutes. Isaac is the Good Samaritan who will take time to help someone.

My landlord uses All Secured, and there was a little mix-up between me and my landlord so I had to call in to get it figured out. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very professional and she got me the resources I needed to get my problem fixed. An All Secured employee came out the next day and explained why I was having the issues with my lock, and promptly fixed it. Overall it was such a pleasant experience that I had to write a review! I don't remember the employee's name who came by or the woman who I had called, but I was very happy with my experience as a whole.

On 7/23/2020: Sorry for being late in putting this in but I am returning from Vacation.I needed to have locks installed in my security door and rekeyed. I had rescheduled a locksmith twice through "home advisor" and was due to go on vacation within days.I was able to contact All Secured Security Services and have the services completed the same day.Alex arrived and was pleasant and worked diligently to get the job done in a timely manner.I was pleased with the work and I believe he went above and beyond to get the locks and keys set and secured in place for me.I felt more secure and comfortable leaving my home to go on vacation.I can not thank him and his company enough. 😊

I embarrassingly locked my keys in my trunk and quickly did a google search for local locksmiths. Came upon this business with the best reviews and immediately called in. Alex was assigned to come help me out and was great! He was very polite and professional. We had some trouble with my car being new and Toyota no longer had the function for me to split my backseats down from (inside) the car to gain access to the trunk. Alex was quick to come up with different ways we could solve the situation and was so patient with me with how embarrassed I was and kept apologizing about the situation (even though it was my fault and that it’s literally his job to help) lol. I got locked out of my house, and I called and got lucky, I caught the owner in between appointments. He just happened to be heading in the direction of my house, said he could be at my house quickly from where he was at. He didnt have to take time out of his day, but he had me back in my house within 20 minutes of calling. All secured is best in the business, they go the extra mile for their customers!

Brian offered a reasonable price for the amount of work that needed to be completed. Isaac was very good about communicating with me, at each and every location. I then had a location in the Chicago area that needed to be re-keyed, and All Secured gave me a better price for Isaac to travel to Illinois than anyone in the Chicago area gave me for the work that I needed to have done. Lastly, there was an issue with one of the doors not locking at one of the original 10 locations, through no fault of All Secured. Isaac went to that location on a Saturday and did what needed to be done to make sure that my business was secured. I will keep this company in mind, for any local needs, and probably some reasonable travel distance as well. Thank you again, All Secured for all of your employees' hard work on our behalf!!

Blake did an outstanding job!!! We were having issues with our front office door locking by itself, and at times, locking people out unexpectedly. I called Expert Lock & Key originally; they sent someone out that day. I could tell right away that the guy didn't know what he was doing. $250 later, and barely a week after it was "fixed", it started doing the same thing. I called them and they said that there was nothing they could do, and that if they came out again, they were going to have to charge us again. I ended up calling All Secured Security, and they were able to get us scheduled for the following Wednesday. However, on Monday morning we couldn't get in the door at all....the key wouldn't even unlock it. Called All Security, and they had someone out within an hour. Blake was very nice, knowledgeable and had us fixed up in no time. They were also much cheaper than the original place!! They have our future business for sure!!

I came here after going to a Ashville mobile key service that wasn't mobile due to neglect of reinstaiting his tags for his mobile truck but still wanted to charge me $100 for none mobile mobile service. We have an old lock box safe and we lost the key. The family has a Disney cruise planned and we desperately needed our passports. I reached out to All Secured and spoke with Isaac. He was more than just helpful. He told me to bring the box in and they would get it open. I showed up this morning and they were able to open it in just a couple of minutes. They saved our vacation. They also explained that they could put a new lock in the box, saving me from having to buy a new safe for our valuables. I would highly recommend using them for any needs that you may have. They were one of the most professional and helpful companies I have ever dealt with.

This is another 5 star review for this deserving company. I was in a jam to get locks changed on a rental property and Isaac called me back the same day. Although they had a busy schedule, he arranged for Blake to come out the next morning and take care of the situation. Not only did Blake call me from the site and go over the items necessary to secure my house, he shared with me information on the condition of the house and sent me some pictures. The charges were fair and the service excellent and personable. I would highly recommend them based on my experience.

I needed to get the locks changed on my historic home after moving in. Isaac called me to set the time later that day, and actually arrived a few minutes early which was great. He changed all the lock cylinders, including the ones on my original 120 year old doors. He also had the vintage Baldwin keys that a lot of locksmiths don't have. I recently purchased an old home and two of the locks were sticking from time to time. I called All Secured and Blake and Brian came out within just a few days to repair the locks. One of the locks required a special piece due to the poor condition of the wood on the door frame, and Blake came out the day the piece came in to finish up. Both Blake and Brian were very professional and polite. About 2 days later I somehow managed to lock my keys inside the house at 7:00 in the morning. Brian was there in 15 minutes and got me back inside in a matter of minutes. I would highly recommend this company!

Locked my keys in my trunk of my Mercedes Benz. Other companies were "scam artists" based on my car, not the job which was the same. All Secured Security however bases their price, which is the least expensive on the job. Other wanted upwards of $100-300..or a trip fee, parts "unnecessary" and addtl "rate"..scam.Not All Secured Security..honest, timely, compassionate. Jenna, Amy and Kristen on the phones are amazing. Blake who actually came out was astounding. Never gave up, honest , thoughtful, careful, kind could never say enough kind words about this company. We thank you for being there when we needed you.
